As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will gladly provide a replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds; however, store credit may be offered when appropriate.
